Where and when do we meet?
We meet at 8.00 pm on the second Wednesday of each month (except January, July and August) at HAVS lodge, 64 Pinner Road Harrow HA1 4HZ.
How to get to HAVS lodge from Harrow-on-the-Hill tube station or Harrow bus station
From the Harrow-on-the-Hill station ticket barriers turn right and go down the steps into College Road. Cross the road at the crossing immediately in front of you and turn left. If arriving by bus walk back to the tube station exit and cross the road as above. After 120 yards turn right just after Metroline House (118 College Road). You are now in Headstone Road, although the road sign is not easily visible. After 35 yards turn left into Junction Road which is opposite the St Georges car park entrance and which is a dead end for cars. Proceed into the underpass where there is a roundabout for cyclists. Go half right towards a signpost which says “Headstone, Wealdstone, Kenton and Hatch End”. Go up the slope or the steps past the side of the Harrow Hotel.
You are now on the right side of Pinner Road and should proceed along it for 5-6 minutes, past the cemetery, to red brick building which is the the HAVS Centre. Use the centre door and press the buzzer if the internal door is locked. The meeting room is the large room on your left.
